Automatic Upgrade of the Valvoja Subscription Level

The system automatically upgrades the Valvoja subscription to the next level if the usage exceeds the limits of the current subscription level.

1. If the usage of the Valvoja subscription exceeds the limits of the current level, the subscription level is automatically upgraded to the next level.
2. There will be no interruption to the service, even if the upgrade takes place during the billing period.
3. Email notifications are sent when the usage is approaching the current level limit and again when the limit has been exceeded. The notifications are sent to the email address saved under Company Information → Contact Information → Email Address.
4. How can I view the companies currently being monitored?
   • Log in to the Valvoja service.
   • The total number of monitored companies is displayed under Settings, separated by API usage and user interface usage. Additional information is available here.
   • Users can verify the calculations shown in the user interface by exporting all monitoring lists or all companies in the supplier register.
5. A new invoice is generated when the subscription level is upgraded, and the updated level information will be reflected on the next invoice.
6. The new subscription level is automatically updated in the Valvoja service and in Service Management → Active Subscriptions.
