API Terms of Use and End-Customer Agreements

Clarity and transparency are key to building long-term partnerships. This article provides information about both the API Terms of Use and the end-customer agreements with Vastuu Group.

Customer Access to Vastuu Group Data

To use data provided by Vastuu Group, end customers must have an active account with Vastuu Group. Data for Luotettava Kumppani reports is retrieved using the Luotettava Kumppani API.

A customer account with Vastuu Group is considered active once the customer has a valid account. Instructions for creating an account can be found here.

Luotettava Kumppani Reports (Contractor’s Liability Information)

End customers using Luotettava Kumppani reports enter into a direct agreement with Vastuu Group.

The agreement between the end customer and Vastuu Group covers:

  • Access rights

  • Pricing

  • Terms of service

Individual Luotettava Kumppani Contractor Liability information reports can be retrieved via the Raportti service interface free of charge.


If the usage is extensive, continuous, and reports are stored or monitored, the customer must obtain the appropriate licenses. API usage is always subject to a fee.

Subcontractor Report Retrieval and Monitoring

Customers require a Valvoja API license. The service fee is based on the number of companies being monitored. More information can be found here, or by contacting our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@vastuugroup.fi.

Instructions for end customers:

  1. Create an account for your company. Instructions for account creation here.

  2. Order the Valvoja Rajapinta (API) license via your account:


    APIs and Licenses → License Management → Available services.

  3. Instructions for ordering and activating the Valvoja Rajapinta (API) license are available here.

  4. Once the Valvoja Rajapinta (API) license is active, the customer must also create a customer - identifier and provide it to their system provider. Creating an account and an customer- identifier (API identifier).
