Cleaning Up Valvoja Monitoring Lists

A quick cleanup helps ensure that:

• the service tier pricing reflects the actual number of monitored suppliers
• important partners do not get lost in the list
• alerts and reports concern the right companies
• monitoring supports your daily work without creating unnecessary workload

Please note that companies added via the API cannot be removed.

How to Proceed:

1. Review Your Monitoring Lists

Select an active monitoring list and check whether all companies on the list are still:

• your suppliers
• subcontractors
• otherwise relevant for the specific purpose or project

2. Stop Monitoring Companies That Are No Longer Needed

If your cooperation with a company has ended or the company no longer needs to be monitored:

• open the company details
• stop monitoring the company

The company will no longer be updated in Valvoja, but any previously archived reports will remain available in the report archive.

3. Remove a Company from the Monitoring List Only When Necessary

Once monitoring has been discontinued and the company is no longer needed in Valvoja at all:

• remove the company completely from the monitoring list

Please note that when a company is removed from Valvoja, all reports archived during the monitoring period will also be deleted.
