Valtti service plan

• Valtti offers comprehensive service plans.

• You will gain access to additional features related to employee management and Valtti cards.

• Valtti+ licenses are integrated into the corresponding service plan.

• If the customer does not have a previously active Valtti+ license or service plan, the service plan level is Starter.

Below are the Valtti service plan levels and their related features:

Ordering a Valtti service package

• You can access Service Management through your company’s functions or from the front page of the customer portal.

• In Service Management, you will see your active subscriptions highlighted in green at the top and the available services listed below in grey. Select the Valtti service from the list.

• The service plan level is determined by the number of employees added to the Valtti service.

• Choose the level that suits you by clicking the button below the service plan.

• Review your order details.

• You can also add a reference to your order if desired.

• Accept the terms of service and click "Confirm order".

• You will receive an order confirmation page and a confirmation email.

• You can go directly to the Valtti service by clicking "Start using Valtti".

Managing the Valtti service plan

• You can review the service package details at any time in Service Management by selecting the Valtti service under active subscriptions.

• You will see information related to your subscription as well as statistics.

• The Valtti service package is valid for the billing period, i.e. the calendar year.

• You can also cancel the service subsription. Please note that the billing period remains valid until the end of the billing cycle.
