Valtti service plan

Valtti offers comprehensive service plans.

You will gain access to additional features related to employee management and Valtti cards.

Valtti+ licenses are integrated into the corresponding service plan.

If the customer does not have a previously active Valtti+ license or service plan, the service plan level is Starter.
Below are the Valtti service plan levels and their related features:

Ordering a Valtti service package

You can access Service Management through your company’s functions or from the front page of the customer portal.

In Service Management, you will see your active subscriptions highlighted in green at the top and the available services listed below in grey. Select the Valtti service from the list.

The service plan level is determined by the number of employees added to the Valtti service.

Choose the level that suits you by clicking the button below the service plan.

Review your order details.

You can also add a reference to your order if desired.

Accept the terms of service and click "Confirm order".

You will receive an order confirmation page and a confirmation email.

You can go directly to the Valtti service by clicking "Start using Valtti".

Managing the Valtti service plan

You can review the service package details at any time in Service Management by selecting the Valtti service under active subscriptions.

You will see information related to your subscription as well as statistics.

The Valtti service package is valid for the billing period, i.e. the calendar year.

You can also cancel the service subsription. Please note that the billing period remains valid until the end of the billing cycle.
