Ordering Valtti Cards
You can order Valtti Cards either from the top menu of the customer portal or by clicking the “Order Valtti Cards” icon.

Ordering Valtti Cards requires user identification. You can find instructions for identification here.
Please note that ordering Valtti Cards requires either joining the Reliable Partner service or completing the Valtti Employment Information form.
Adding Valtti Cards to the Shopping Cart
You can now order Valtti Cards for employees directly from the employee list.
You can order a Valtti Card for employees whose details have been added to the company’s Employee Management, who have a photo added, and who are registered in the tax number register.
For the Valtti General Card, registration in the tax number register is not required.
Select employees by ticking the checkbox to the left of the employee’s name and click either “Add to cart” on the right side of the employee row or “Order Valtti Cards” at the bottom right of the search field.

The shopping cart is displayed on the right side of the page. Any applicable discounts are shown automatically. You can also add a discount code in the shopping cart.
When all desired cards are in the cart, proceed by selecting “Continue to checkout”. You can also add a discount code to the order. If needed, you can remove a card from the order.

You can still add more employees to the order if you wish to order Valtti Cards for them.
Finally, click “Continue to checkout”.

Order Details
On this page, you will find the billing address, delivery address, and an order summary. You can also add an invoice reference to the order.
- Check the billing details
- Fill in / verify the delivery address details
- Review the order details
Complete your order by accepting the terms of service and clicking “Confirm order”.

At the end, you will receive an order summary and can return to managing employees or tracking Valtti card orders.

IMPORTANT!
If an employee for whom a new card is being ordered already has an active Valtti Card or an active order, you will receive a notification at this stage.
The employee’s old card will be automatically closed four weeks after the new card is ordered. If you do not want to close the old card, return to the summary and remove the employee’s card from the order. Remember to finalize the purchase afterwards.
You can remove a duplicate card order from the shopping cart. An employee can have only one active Valtti Card per employment relationship at a time.
After Ordering
After placing the order, you will receive an email containing an order summary and temporary PDF versions of the Valtti Cards.
You can also view the same summary in the Valtti service, under Valtti Cards and the “Order details” tab.

Valtti Card Production Process
Please note that the Valtti Card is not active immediately after ordering.
Please also note that the estimated timeframes below are indicative and may vary. According to the service terms, the Valtti Card should be delivered within 14 business days.
- The card is activated approximately 1–2 business days after ordering
- Cards are produced every business day, except for group customers, whose cards are produced on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Orders are usually processed by the card printing facility in the morning or before noon
- Postal delivery of Valtti Cards takes approximately 1–5 business days
Estimated process duration by stage:
- Card activation: 1–3 business days
- Card delivery: 1–5 business days
- Total delivery time: 2–7 business days
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service. Cancellation is possible only if the card order status is “Ordered”. Orders with the status “In production” or “Ready” can no longer be cancelled.
