Renewing the Valtti card

How do I renew my Valtti card?

When you want to renew your Valtti card, you should do it exactly the same as when ordering a Valtti card to a person who hasn't had a card before. However your personal data should already be in the "Employees" tab, so you don't have to insert that data again. You will never receive a new Valtti card automatically. It is recommendable to order the new card 2 weeks before the old one expires, so that the new card arrives by post on time. The instructions for ordering a Valtti card can be found here.

How do I upload a new photo?

You can change your photo on the "Employees" tab. Then proceed to making a new order.

Will I get a reminder when my current card is expiring?

The last person to order Valtti cards from your company will get an email reminder, when your company has expiring cards within the following 2 months.

Where can I check when my card expires?

You can follow the validity period of your company's Valtti cards on the "Active cards" tab by sorting the card by validity. Card that have already expired, are not visible on the list. You can deactivate your old Valtti card on the "Active cards" tab or just wait for it to expire. If you decide to deactivate the card, just make sure you are deactivating the old card and not the new one.
