Automatic license level upgrade for the Valvoja Rajapinta (API)
Our system automatically upgrades the license level if the usage of the Valvoja Rajapinta (API) exceeds the limits of your current tier
1. If the usage of the Valvoja Rajapinta (API) exceeds the search limits of your current license level, the license is automatically upgraded to the next tier.
2. API usage is not interrupted, even if the upgrade occurs in the middle of a billing period.
3. Example: Your company has a Valvoja Rajapinta (API) S‑level license and has retrieved reports for more than 50 unique subcontractor companies during the billing period → the license is automatically upgraded to Valvoja Rajapinta (API) M‑level.
4. You will receive an email notification when you are approaching the license limit and again once the limit has been exceeded. The email is sent to the address saved under: Company Information → Contact Details → Email Address.
5. You can monitor your Valvoja Rajapinta (API) license usage under APIs and licences → License Management → Active services.
6. A new invoice is generated for the license upgrade, and the updated licence details will appear on your next invoice.
7. The new license level is automatically updated in the Active services view.
