Requirements for Suppliers

Available with the Valvoja Standard licence

In Valvoja, the main user can define Reliable Partner requirements for suppliers.

Reliable Partner Requirements

  • No Minor Tax Debt

    • If a company has unarranged tax debt between €500 and €10,000, it will be visible in Valvoja.

  • Sustainability Reporting

The following statuses can be monitored:

    • Completed – The report has been completed. The company has answered the required questions and the report has been generated.

    • In Progress – The report has been started but not yet completed. Answers have been saved, but all required sections have not yet been finalized.

    • Not Started – The company has not yet saved any responses to the report.

    • Missing – The company's responses indicate that policies or practices related to the ESG area are currently limited or non-existent. In the overall assessment, this status indicates that the company is still at an early stage of ESG readiness.

  • Legal Compliance Report

    • Completed – The report has been completed. The company has answered the required questions and the report has been generated.
    • In Progress – The report has been started but not yet completed. Answers have been saved, but all required sections have not yet been finalized.
    • Not Started – The company has not yet saved any responses to the report.

  • Reliable Partner 

  • The front page of the Reliable Partner Report displays the report's Overall Status, which is based on four areas:

    • Interpretation of Contractor’s Obligations Act compliance information

    • Financial classifications

    • Other financial matters

    • Responsible persons

    • The overall status is determined according to the weakest-performing area. 
Examples of overall status interpretations: 
  • Overall status is Excellent
  • Overall status is Requires Investigation
  • Overall status is Requires Review
  • Overall status is Information Pending or Missing
  • Overall status is Requires Attention 
  • Reliable Partner service
  • The status of a Reliable Partner Report is based on information provided by the company and from our various data sources. 
    • OK
    • Information pending (Odotetaan tietoja)
    • Attention (Huomioi)
    • Investigate (Selvitä)
    • STOP
  • Liability insurance certificate 
  • You can monitor whether a company has valid liability insurance (patient insurance is not included). At present, it is not possible to monitor insurance coverage amounts or geographical scope.
  • Configuring Requirements
  • Requirements can be configured in Valvoja under:
  • Settings → Supplier Requirements → Edit Requirements

Note: Supplier requirements do not currently affect email notifications.

  • Supplier requirements currently do not affect notifications sent to responsible persons of monitoring lists.
  • Compliance with requirements is visible only within the service.
  • In the future, responsible persons will receive list-specific notifications indicating which companies have moved to weakest-performing area , either regarding:
    • Contractor's Obligations Act information (STOP, Investigate), or
    • Reliable Partner Overall Status (Requires Review, Requires Investigation).
