How Are Companies Counted Towards a Valvoja Licence?
The same company is counted only once, even if it appears in multiple places. Duplicate entries are automatically removed from the calculation.
Valvoja Lite
The following companies count towards the licence limit:
- Companies currently under monitoring
- Companies retrieved through the API
- Companies with Monitoring Stopped status do not consume licence capacity
Valvoja Standard
In addition to monitored companies, the following also count towards the licence limit:
- Companies in the Supplier Register
- Companies with Monitoring Stopped status will continue to consume licence capacity if they are still included on an active watch list.
- If a monitoring list has been closed, the companies on that list no longer consume licence capacity. The list remains available for historical reference.
- Note: Each company is counted only once, regardless of how many monitoring lists, supplier registers, or API integrations it appears in.
