The Valtti service brings together the following functionalities under one service:
- Employee management
- Ordering Valtti cards
- Management of competences and documents (formerly Valtti+)
- Ordering training courses
- Site registration
All the functionalities listed above work as before. They are now available in one place under the Valtti service.
We have also renewed the Valtti service offering into service plans. Valtti service plans provide access to various additional features, described below:

The Valtti service plan does not need to be purchased separately if you do not wish to use additional features.

Companies automatically have access to the Valtti Starter service plan if they have not previously had a Valtti+ license.

If the company has had a Valtti+ license, the Valtti service plan level will automatically be updated to correspond to the previous Valtti+ license.
In the user interface, the renewal appears as small changes in terminology:

In the customer portal navigation menu, you will find “Valtti service”. From there, you can access the employee list, manage employees, and order Valtti cards.

You can still also manage employees and order Valtti cards via the separate buttons in the customer portal: “Manage employees” or “Order Valtti cards”.
