Who can get the Reliable Partner Trust Badge?

Companies that have been Luotettava Kumppani (Reliable Partner) customers and have fulfilled their obligations under the Contractor’s Liability Act excellently and continuously for at least 3, 5, or more than 10 years can purchase the badge. The Reliable Partner Report must have been continuously in OK or Attention status. Small deviations are accepted within certain limits (e.g., a short-term missing report).

 

Who is the Reliable Partner Trust Badge intended for?

The Reliable Partner Trust Badge is intended for companies that have demonstrated long-term responsibility and reliability. The company must have fulfilled the obligations of the Contractor’s Liability Act excellently for several years. The badge is particularly suitable for companies that:

  • Need clear and distinguishable ways to prove their reliability and responsibility

  • Want to strengthen their reputation and win tenders by providing added value to clients in an easily accessible form

  • Operate in a highly competitive market where differentiation is challenging and decision-making slow without trust

Long-term reliability and excellent compliance with the Contractor’s Liability Act demonstrate consistent responsibility and make the company a positively distinctive partner.

 

What are the benefits of the badge for a small company?

The badge strengthens the company’s credibility and differentiates it from competitors. It speeds up decision-making, supports sales and marketing, and builds long-term customer relationships — regardless of the company’s size.

 

How is the badge different from other certificates?

The Trust Badge is based on data from Vastuu Group and is specifically designed for companies whose contractor's liability information has been in good order for a long period. The badge is not just a logo — it is concrete proof of long-term responsibility.

 

How can a company start using the badge?

A company entitled to the badge will see a notification in its company account and can purchase the badge through the Luotettava Kumppani (Reliable Partner) service. The badge is automatically updated on the company’s report and in the Valvoja service, and the company gains access to an extensive material bank for marketing purposes.

 

When will the badge appear on the Reliable Partner report?

The badge will appear on the company’s Reliable Partner report once the report has been automatically updated (approximately within 24 hours).

 

What deviations are allowed for granting the Trust Badge?

There may be temporary deviations in the Reliable Partner Report or situations where information from external sources is pending. For this reason, we allow deviations within the following limits in the statuses of the Reliable Partner Report:

1. Investigate – up to 7 days in Investigate status per calendar year

2. Information pending – up to 14 days in Information pending status per calendar year

3. STOP status – up to 7 days in STOP status during the entire review period

4. Report missing – up to 14 days in Report missing status (e.g., a short-term service termination

 

Why can a company receive the Trust Badge even if the report is in Attention status?

Attention status indicates to the client that, from the perspective of the Contractor’s Liability Act, the contracting partner has generally fulfilled its legal obligations. The purpose of the Attention status is to alert the client to check, for example, that the company’s registrations have been handled properly and, if necessary, request additional clarification. This status does not prevent ordering work from the company.

 

Why is the Trust Badge not visible in the company’s information even though the subscription is active?

The Reliable Partner Trust Badge is displayed in the Luotettava Kumppani (Reliable Partner) service, on the Reliable Partner Report, and in the Valvoja service when the badge subscription is active and the allowed deviation limits have not been exceeded. If the limits are exceeded and your company is no longer entitled to the badge, the badge is automatically removed from view. Why has the level of my company’s Trust Badge changed?

The Trust Badge is automatically upgraded to a higher level if the company’s Reliable Partner report has remained in OK or Attention status for a sufficiently long period. The levels are 3, 5, and 10 years.

The Trust Badge may also be automatically downgraded to a lower level during the subscription period if the threshold criteria for the higher level are no longer met.
