Report search

Log in

Log in to your company account and choose Reports. You will be directed to the report
search page.

Searching reports

Enter the name or business ID of the company you want in the search field and, if
necessary, select the home country of the company you are looking for. A search using the
business ID is more accurate because the business ID is the unique identifier of a
company. You can also search reports with a Finnish company's auxiliary business name.

Opening a report

Select from the search results the company whose report you want to open by clicking on
the company name. A separate company information page will open and you will see the
status of the company's report as a quick check. Click on the green View latest report
button. The button opens the language options so that you can choose in which language you want to open the report. For the time being, the language versions are only available
for the reports of Finnish companies

Note:

• Only opening the actual report means that the obligation to check a company's
information is fulfilled according to the Contractor's Liability Act. Reviewing the
status of the report on the company information page isn't enough.
• The report must be archived before making a contract.
