You can cancel the Trust Badge subscription via the Yrityksen sertifikaatit section on the Luotettava Kumppani (Reliable Partner) service summary page by clicking the Hallinnoi tilaustasi button. When you cancel the trust badge subscription, the right to use the badge will end at the end of the billing period.
Click Service cancellation at the bottom of the page.
Click Cancel service.
In the next view, you will be asked to confirm the cancellation. Confirm the following statement:
“I understand that by cancelling the Reliable Partner Trust Badge subscription, the right to use it will automatically end at the end of the billing period, and the badge will be removed from the Reliable Partner report and the Valvoja service.” Click Yes, cancel service.
You will then see a confirmation of the cancellation.
