Cancelling a billed service
You can cancel your company's paid service in one of the following ways:
- Through our customer portal (requires login and main user privileges). The exception is the Reliable Partner service, which cannot currently be cancelled through the portal.
- By written notice sent to asiakaspalvelu@vastuugroup.fi.
The cancellation notice must include:
- Your company name
- Business ID
- The service to be cancelled
- The reason for the cancellation
The cancellation notice can be submitted by a person with the right to sign on behalf of the company or by the main user of the company account.
