Identifying the Authenticity of a Valtti Card

Valtti 1.0 (the old, orange card)
A Valtti card is authentic if the personalised information—such as the company name, tax number, etc.—feels rough when touched. The cards are produced using laser engraving, which leaves an indentation on the personalised information. If the personalised details feel smooth, the card is not an authentic Valtti card.

Valtti 2.0 (the new, green card)
The same feature as on the 1.0 card applies here as well: the personalised information is laser‑engraved and feels rough on an authentic Valtti card. In addition, there is a UV stamp on the back of the card. The UV stamp can be scanned with a UV flashlight.
