Authentication
Authentication of the user
The users of the Employee Management and the Card service must verify their identity through digital authentication before they use the service for the first time. The personal data of the company’s employees are processed in both services, and for information security reasons we want the identity of the users to be verified by using a strong authentication method.
The name linked to the username and the name retrieved in connection to authentication must match. If needed, the name linked to the username can be changed in user details
It is not possible to use the services without authentication. All available authentication methods are listed below.
Available authentication methods
At the present time, the following options are available for the authentication:
- Online banking credentials and a mobile ID (Finland)
- SmartID (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)
- FrejaID (Sweden)
