FAQ – How do I send a link for the verification of a Valtti card?
If your company account has been verified at the time of ordering Valtti Cards, employees will automatically receive an invitation to verify their cards.
You can resend the link in the Valtti service under the Valtti Cards and Card management tabs.
Select the desired employee from the list and then click “Resend verification links” on the right side of the page.

If sending the invitation link does not work, make sure that:
- The company account has been verified. You can find instructions for verification here.
- The employee’s email address and/or phone number has been added, so the link can be sent. You can check this in Employee Management, where you can also add missing contact details.
- The employee has a new Valtti 2.0 model card.
