FAQ – How do I send a link for the verification of a Valtti card?
If your company’s company account was verified at the time the Valtti cards were ordered, the employees will automatically receive an invitation to verify their cards.
You can resend the link in the Card service via the Card management tab.
Select the employee from the list and then select “Resend verification link” from the right edge of the page.
If the sending of the invitation link fails, ensure that
- The company account has been verified. Instructions for the verification can be found here
- Employee information includes an email address and/or telephone number that can be used to send the link. This can be checked in Employee management, where the missing information can also be added.
- The employee has a new Valtti 2.0 card. This can be checked in Employee management.
