Valtti card verification

  1. You will receive an invitation link to verify your Valtti card by email or text message once your Valtti card has been activated or when your employer sends the link through the Card service.
  2. You will be forwarded to authentication when you click on the link. The currently supported authentication methods are Finnish online banking credentials, mobile ID, Smart ID in Estonia and in some Baltic countries, and Freja ID in Sweden.
  3. After authentication, you will be directed to accepting the terms and conditions of the service.
  4. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions of the service, you can inspect the information of your Valtti card and retrieve your personal PIN code.
  5. Your card has now been verified and you can use the new features of the card.
