Tracking Valtti card orders

On the Order details tab, you can track the Valtti Card orders placed by your company. The most recent order is shown at the top of the list.

In the default view, you can see the following details for each order:

• Order number

• Order date

• Ordered by

• Delivery address

• Number of cards ordered

• Order status

• Card materials (temporary PDF)

You can also download the temporary PDF files for an order by clicking “Download card materials (zip)” in the Card materials column on the order row.

Order details

You can view an order in more detail by clicking the card icon on the order row. In the detailed view, you can see the following information:

• A list of employees for whom the card has been ordered
• Which tax number register the cardholder is registered in
• Card status

Search

You can search for orders by order number, the ordering person’s email address, the cardholder’s name, or tax number.

Order statuses

• Ordered – The card order has just been placed. The order is ready for printing. If you want to cancel the order, please contact customer service.
• In production – The order is being printed. No changes can be made to the order details.
• Completed – The cards have been produced and handed over for delivery.
• Cancelled – The order has been cancelled due to a technical issue or at the customer’s request.
