Chain View

1. Start by adding a company to a watch list by selecting + Add Company to Monitoring ( +Lisää yritys valvontaan).

Search for the company by name or Business ID.

Optionally, you can also add:

• Contact information 
• Select the company's Role from the drop-down menu:
  • Direct Contracting Partner
  • Indirect Subcontractor
    • Select the company under which the supplier belongs in the subcontracting chain.
    • You can create a chain of up to four companies.
    • A company cannot be selected if:
      • it is already the fourth company in the chain, or
      • a company higher in the chain is no longer under monitoring.

You cannot assign a company as an indirect subcontractor if it already has three subcontractors beneath it.

By default, the contracting partner is the company using Valvoja. Finally, click Start Monitoring (Aloita valvonta).

After this, you can view the supplier chain in the Chain View of the watch list.

You can also search for companies in the Table View by company name or Business ID.

In the chain structure, the contracting partner is always displayed in the main list. Its suppliers can be viewed by clicking the small arrow on the left side of the company name.

If a newly added company has been assigned to the wrong contracting partner, you can stop monitoring the company and add it again under the correct company.
