PLEASE NOTE! If your company has paid workers, you must notify us of the collective agreement that is applied in your company. We will not receive this information from elsewhere, i.e., if the collective agreement changes or your company no longer has paid workers, you must notify us of this either through our customer service chat, by calling us, or by emailing to customerservice@vastuugroup.fi.

Tax payment data (in Finland)	All Reliable Partners	1-2 weekdays when registering with the service. The information of all Reliable Partners is updated once a month.
TyEL (earnings-related pension insurance), validity and payment data	All Reliable Partners who have specified a TyEL insurance in their information.	1-4 weeks when registering with the service; depends on the insurance company. In the future the information is updated roughly once a month.
Statutory accident insurance	Customers of all Finnish insurance companies	The data is updated once a month
Liability insurance	Only the customers of Fennia, Pohjantähti, If, Pohjola Vakuutus and Protector (branch in Finland). Please note that in case you have a group insurance, we receive the insurance information only for the parent company. Customers of other insurance companies: submit a valid certificate to our customer service. Please note! A liability insurance is a voluntary additional information and does not affect the interpretation of the report.	Electronically updated data is updated once a month, usually at the beginning of the month.
Occupational healthcare	View a list of service providers here. Customers of other service providers: We will send the company a request to update their information every two months.	If your service provider send us information automatically, the infomation is update once every two months.
YTJ register date	All Reliable Partners	The data is updated once a week.
Extract from the Trade Register	All Reliable Partners	The data is updated once a month.
Traficom transport licenses	All Reliable Partners that have a valid license.	The data is updated aprox. 4 times a year.
