How can I get my Contractor’s Liability Information Report into OK status as quickly as possible?

If your company has employees, please provide the following attachments:
  1. A valid Employer’s pension insurance (TyEL) certificate of coverage and payment status, issued no more than 10 days ago.
  2. A certificate of statutory workers' compensation insurance, issued no more than 10 days ago.
  3. Information on how occupational health care has been arranged for your company.
  4. Information about the collective agreement applied by your company.

As optional information, you may provide a certificate of valid liability insurance and a certificate of the entrepreneur’s accident insurance issued no more than 10 days ago.

The Act on the Contractor's Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out does not require verification of self-employed persons' pension insurance (YEL) information, and it is currently not possible to include this information in the report.

You can obtain the required certificates from your pension insurance provider and insurance company.
