How to get access to a Company Account that already exists?
If you know that your company already has a company account you can contact your company's main user/users and ask them to add a user right for you. The user right can be either a main user right or a basic user right. The main users can access the User management and they manage all the user rights and all the contact and billing details on the account.
If you do not know who is the main user in your company or the previous main user has left the company you can contact our customer service at customerservice(at)vastuugroup.fi. Please provide the email address of a person in your company who has authority to sign and we will contact the signatory and ask permission to add a user right for you.
