Company Payment Plans in Enforcement Proceedings

What does the report look like if the company has payment arrangements in enforcement proceedings?

At present, we do not receive the information required from the Enforcement Authority regarding compliance with payment arrangements made with them. As a result, we are unfortunately unable to update the information of companies that have entered into an enforcement payment arrangement until all payments that have been transferred to enforcement have been settled. The report will show a "Investigate" status for payments that have been transferred to enforcement proceedings.

However, you can still use the report available through our service and submit it separately to your clients together with information about the enforcement payment arrangement.

Once the enforcement payment arrangement has been completed, the information will be updated automatically through data received from the Finnish Tax Administration.
