Termination of the Reliable Partner Service

You can terminate the Reliable Partner or Reliable Partner Contractor’s Liability Information service by sending an email to customerservice@vastuugroup.fi with the subject line: Termination
 
In your message, please include:
  • the company name
  • the Business ID
  • the reason for termination (e.g. business operations have ceased)
  • the name of the person authorised to sign the termination
The termination notice must be submitted by a person with authorised signatory rights for the company or by the account’s Main user.
 
Please note: The subscription period for both services is 12 months from the date of subscription, and the company is obligated to pay the service fees until the end of the current subscription period.
 
The Reliable Partner service can also be terminated by sending the above-mentioned information in writing by post.
 
Please also note that the Reliable Partner Contractor’s Liability Information service is a prerequisite for the use of Valtti Cards as of 1 January 2024. If your company has Valtti Cards, they will be deactivated once you terminate the Reliable Partner Contractor’s Liability Information or Reliable Partner service.
