The Reliable Partner logo portrays an image of a trustworthy and honest company. Users of the Reliable Partner logo accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of the Reliable Partner logo.

The Reliable Partner membership logo may be used by companies that have joined the membership programme. The logo can be added to all of the company’s marketing materials and uploaded to its website. The Reliable Partner logo portrays a reliable and honest company. If you use the Reliable Partner logo, you accept to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
Terms and conditions for the use of the Reliable Partner logo:
- The logo is owned and its usage monitored by Vastuu Group Oy
- Use of the logo requires you to sign the Reliable Partner proxy and payment of an annual fee
- The logo can be freely used in your own marketing and communications
- The logo must always be displayed in full
- Any amendments to the logo require a written permission by Vastuu Group Oy
- The logo must always be used in full colour
- When displaying the logo on your website, always follow the instructions by Vastuu Group Oy
- Vastuu Group Oy has the right to change the appearance and the terms of use of the logo. Users agree to changing the logo on request. Possible changes will be notified separately.
Misuse of the Reliable Partner logo
Vastuu Group Oy has the right to the following actions:
- Notifying of misuse and requirement of corrective action
- Termination of membership
- Publicising the misuse
- Legal action unless corrective action is not taken
The member company must cease using the Reliable Partner logo immediately in case Vastuu Group Oy interprets its use of the logo to be in breach of the terms of use.
