Verifying compliance with the Contractor's Liability Act Using the Reliable Partner Report

Contractor’s liability information is one section of the Reliable Partner Report.
  1. If you have the Report PRO service: When you open the Reliable Partner Report in the Report Service (Company Search), the Contractor’s liability information is automatically archived at the same time. In other words, you do not need to separately download the PDF version of the Reliable Partner Contractor’s Liability Information Report.
  2. If you do not have the Report PRO service: Remember to open and save the Reliable Partner Contractor’s Liability Information Report (PDF) separately for your records.
The Contractor’s liability information must be reviewed and archived before entering into an agreement. If the agreement remains in force for more than 12 months, the Contractor’s liability information of the contracting partner must be reviewed and archived at least every 12 months.
