Overall Status of the Reliable Partner Report

On the front page of the Reliable Partner report, you can view the report's overall status, which is determined based on four different areas:

    • Interpretation of Contractor’s Obligations Act compliance information
    • Financial classifications
    • Other financial matters
    • Responsible persons

The overall status is determined according to the weakest-performing area.

 

Examples of overall status interpretations:

Overall status is Excellent
Overall status is Requires Investigation
Overall status is Requires Review
Overall status is Information Pending or Missing
Overall status is Requires Attention

 

If the overall status changes, you will receive a notification at the contact email address defined in our service.

 

Overall status is Excellent

A company's overall status is considered Excellent when:

  1. Contractor’s Obligations Act compliance information is OK.
  2. Financial classifications are good.
    • The company's D&B credit rating is good.
    • Intrum collection information: no outstanding collection claims; Collection Classes 1 or 2, indicating no credit risk.
  3. Other financial matters
    • The company has no payment default records or public notices.
    • The company has no unmanaged tax debt.
    • The company has no matches on sanctions lists.
  4. Responsible persons
    • The company's responsible persons have no matches on sanctions lists and are not subject to business prohibition orders.
    • The company's beneficial owners have no matches on sanctions lists and are not subject to business prohibition orders.

 

Overall status is Requires Investigation

A company's overall status is marked as Requires Investigation if any of the following conditions apply:

  1. Contractor's Obligations Act compliance information is in the "Investigate" status.
  2. The company's credit rating is moderate (yellow).
  3. Collection information: there are some outstanding collection claims; Collection Class 3/5, indicating an elevated credit risk.
  4. The company has payment defaults or public records of debt.
  5. The company has tax debt (either small: €500–€10,000 or large: over €10,000) that:
    • is not subject to a temporary injunction of recovery action or debt restructuring, and
    • is not covered by an agreed payment arrangement.

 

Overall status is Requires Review

A company's overall status is marked as Requires Review if any of the following conditions apply:

  1. Contractor’s Obligations Act compliance information is in STOP status.
  2. The company's credit rating is poor (red).
  3. Collection information: significant collection claims; Collection Class 4/5, indicating high credit risk.
  4. The company has matches on sanctions lists.
  5. The company's responsible persons or beneficial owners have matches on sanctions lists or are subject to business prohibition orders.

The overall status also requires review in the following situations:

  1. The company is bankrupt.
  2. The company is in liquidation.
  3. Business operations have ceased.
  4. Business operations have been suspended.
  5. Commercial activities have ended.
  6. The company is under corporate restructuring proceedings.

 

Overall status is Information Pending or Missing

A company's overall status is marked as Information Pending or Missing if any of the following conditions apply:

  1. Contractor’s Obligations Act compliance information is in the "Information Pending" status, while all other information is in order.
  2. Contractor’s Obligations Act compliance information is in the "Attention" status, and D&B does not provide a credit rating for the company.
  3. D&B does not provide a credit rating for the company (for example, in the case of banks, government entities, or municipalities).

 

Overall status is Requires Attention
