If your name has changed, you can change your name by selecting “User details” from the drop-down menu that opens under your name from the right top corner. On the User details page, click on the pen icon next to your name. Enter your new name in the fields reserved for your first and last names and select “Save”.
PLEASE NOTE! If you have previously verified your identity by using a strong authentication method in order to use the Employee Management or the Card service or to verify a company account, you must verify your identity again in case you changed your name. The system will request authentication automatically the next time you sign in.
