When you send us email to customerservice(at)vastuugroup.fi and do not get a message stating your email was received at our end it is possible that your email was blocked due to security reasons.
At present it is fairly easy to forge the sender on an email and therefore methods have been developed that help recognize false email addresses. In order for your email to be recognized as authentic your email should be configured correctly (keywords DMARC, SPF and DKIM).
We recommend that you contact your email host to check your configuration.
