What is required from a foreign company to order Valtti cards?
- Register your company at vastuugroup.fi
- Add main users
- Add access rights to Employee Management and Card order service for this user
- Main user can add other main users

Sign up your employees to tax number register
- Employees working in construction or shipbuilding industry in Finland must be signed up to the Tax number register.
- This requires a physical visit to Tax administration’s office in Finland. You can make an appointment by calling +358 29 497 050
- All foreign employees must prepare to show official travel document
- Employees will be signed to Tax number register
- Employees will receive Finnish tax number and Social Security Number, this information is needed when adding employee info to Employee management for Valtti card order
- We will check employee’s register status via API when adding employee information to Employee management.

Valtti card employment information
Before Valtti card orders can be placed it is required to fill in a form where the company will fill in its employment information for Valtti cards.
Please notice that this is needed from companies that are not able to join Reliable Partner service.

- We will send you a secure link where you can upload photo of your passport or national ID
- We will process your document
- When ID document is accepted you are able to access Employee management and Card service
