What are the Report and Report PRO services?

What is Report Service?

Through the Report service, all reports for companies that have joined the Reliable Partner service or the Reliable Partner Contractor's liability information service can be downloaded free of charge. The Reliable Partner liability report includes all information required under the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability Act, while the new Reliable Partner service also covers other important company data, such as financial information, sustainability data, and sanctions information.

What is Report PRO?

When a company has activated the Report PRO license, the service archives all Contractor's liability information reports of Finnish and Estonian companies, that the users of the company open. Companies can demonstrate that they have fulfilled their legal obligations regarding the Contractor's Obligations and Liability Act with using the service. According to the law the contractor has to to check the information before making a contract and the information must be archived for at least two years after the termination of the contract.
